Braided Hair, Do or Don't?

I'm loving these braided updo's and stylish cornrows to beat the spring and summer heat wave. So many fun styles for the gym, vacation, a night out on the town or a low-maintenance everyday look. Although some may require technique by a professional most of these below don't even require a comb just fingers, a few bobby pins and product to tame fly-a-ways and your chic hairstyle is ready to take on your longest day. I always here from my stylist that protective styles are best to keep hair healthy since there's less combing, tangling and heat which all stress or tresses over time.
